Need to improve training and systems
While reserving was easy and parking was secure and clean, we got stuck in the parking lot because our site-provided parking pass did not work and when we tried to get help, the person on the other end told us there was no online reservation system despite parking.com being even on the sign. After a lot of back and forth the CSR took my information and released me, but overall it was a very frustrating experience.

Rainier Square Security tells me that they don't accept business from Parking.com. I had to pay twice b/c your barcode was not recognized by their system. WIll never use this service again.
