Concern regarding payment directions

I had never used your facility and the directions for payment weren't clear to me. I wanted to pay for parking from 2:30-5:30 PM. Because initially I didn't understand how to enter the time at first paid for 1 hour. When I realized my mistake, I then had to pay again this time for 3 hours.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t amazing this time around.

There was a mixup with my reservation and although I paid in advance when I went to pickup my car (admittedly 2 hours past my 9:30am - 3pm reservation) at 5pm I was charged another $20 in addition to the original $20 contract. I would’ve been more understanding if this was clearly stated as a consequence. I searched the app (I’ve been using the same app and garage for nearly a year) and was unable to find clarification for the extra charge penalty.

When I brought this to the attention of the site manager I was informed that I had breached the original contract and that although the total charge for reservations up to 12 hours is $20 I would be charged for the extra 2 hours I went beyond my original reservation (an additional $20).

Since this wasn’t clearly stated (allowing the consumer the ability to adjust their reservation accordingly) it came across as unethical.

I don’t want anything in return. I just thought I’d give my true impressions on how I was treated.

I booked a spot

I booked a spot, the valet person told me that they have no more spot and that he will not take my car and unprofessional. Which made me late for work and looking for other places to park
