I was charged twice and only parked there once. I did not receive a refund.
Kinda hard to find but once we got there it seemed safe. Had an issue finding how to get to street as several people did in different groups from ours . Maybe more signage to guide us in and out. But overall it was great!
Wasn’t able to scan my reservation and I had to pay twice.
The machine to get into the garage would not accept the scan code from my paid email receipt. We had to get a ticket from the machine to gain entrance into the garage and paid twice for parking.
Alamz was great to work with on my problem. Very nice and easy to understand.
I prepay for parking however the scan code did not work at the entrance/exit station. I had to call to see and express that this was a problem. I was told that when I exit hit the help button and when answered, tell them the situation and give the invoice number.
The event which I attended was heavy attended and this delayed exiting the parking lot as each person who had prepaid like myself had the same problem. It took a very long time to exit the lot. I was actually on level 2 and it took at least 30 minutes or more to get out of the parking garage. Prepaying was easy, the rest was a problem. This should not have happened or the app for the scan code I got should have been one that is universal or available application.
When I called to ask information, such as how close the parking garage was to the venue site I was misinformed, infact I was told it is the closest parking. That was not the case.
Also, it was not noted/called out that the main parking garage access was closed after a certain time. A few of us had to called the concierge of the building to guide on how to get into the parking garage to retrieve our vehicles around 10:30pm

We had to pay for parking twice. Scanned QR code and ticket validation required payment in order to exit parking deck. Parking lot was crowded with pot smoking teenagers. Will never park there again. Exiting was a Total Cluster F*(&. People needing to back up and get new tickets.

The parking lot was closed. I had to search for a park for a long time. However, they refunded me later.

The app is somewhat convenient but more so if you have previously entered you payment card and other info. The app has a learning curve. When I used it last it offered me the option to select my location. Once I did I realized that I selected a near by parking LOT, not the exact spot where I was parked. That mistake cost me $18.72 which is 3 times the cost of street parking. I want my money back!!

I had to pay twice bc it wouldn’t accept my QR code for the pre paid ticket I bought!!! Very disappointed

I prepaid for parking and was told to use the
QR code once I arrived. However, the parking attendees told me that they didn't have a QR code for me to scan and they don't know why I was told this. So, needless to say, I had to pay again to get out of the parking garage. So, I'm very upset and will never use parking.com again.

Parking location was good and spaces were adequate but there were absolutely NO sign directions or an attendant present on how to get to the ground or street levels in the parking lot or elevator. I spent an extra 15 minutes trying to find my way. That’s awful!!
