The app works well, my problem was that I didn't note the zone I was in bc I was running late due to traffic. Once onboard the train it was impossible to contact anyone with my problem. The phone numb... See more

Easy for paying with QR code. Only negative is not sure if there are cameras for security purposes. If not, it would be helpful in making everyone feel more secure.

Neither machine at the location accepted my 2 credit cards to pay. I was able to scan the QV code and that was the only way for me to pay. The cost calculation was also misleading for a 9 day duratio... See more

Website/App WORTHLESS!!!!!!

My son was taking the train and parked in the parking lot in Middletown, PA. He tried to use the kiosk to pay, would not work. He had to leave so I tried the website, there is NO BUTTON on the website to click and pay. I tried the app, there is NO BUTTON on the app to click and pay. I called several times, no answer. YyghgghgqqyI don’t know how you are expected to pay if there is no place to click and pay. I sent an email, they gave me a link to the same website that has no place to pay. After several emails back and forth, they gave me a code to use and pay by text which finally worked. All this for only $2.35 when you could have had a simple spot on website or app for me to pay.

out of order

We used the parking kiosk, entered all our info and then got a message transaction was canceled. Happened at the next kiosk as well! Happened to other people in line. We couldn't scan the QR code and didn't have wifi to text to a number to pay. We asked a stranger to use their phone to pay. It was not a fun experience at all and we could have gotten a ticket if a kind stranger hadn't helped us.

None of the QR codes or kiosks were working. Many signs clearly stated they were but no one could figure it out. Finally someone found the app and could download it and it worked. So as we were boarding everyone was downloading app and helping others that didn’t tech for apps.

The little station that you pay at…

The little station that you pay at didn’t work. It was very stressful because the train was coming. Fortunately a nice lady that was also trying to use the machine to pay took a picture of the code and we were able to figure out how to pay on line. I’m now on the train arriving back to the station where my car is…assuming all is right.

Using the QR code to set and pay for parking was extremely fast and easy. I appreciated receiving a notification as the end of my time neared.
