The app is not the greatest and I wasn't sure if my request went through at all as I did not receive confirmation. I was charged $47 but not sure if that was for one or two days of parking.

Overall

Overall, it is okay.

Defects include:
1) Not compatible with Samsung Fold (large square screen); unable to scroll further.

2) I have set up the default license; however, it asks to enter the country and province every time.

3) When I use the favorite parking or search by address, it has a different rate than entering the lot location (96796).

Too complicated!

Paying involved several minutes on my phone, followed by multiple emails. Downloading an app would be just as long and intrusive, with cookies etc. Parking should not be this complicated!

Not a good experience

The app required me to update my credit card but the day of the event it would refuse to accept my Mastercard. It would give an error each time I tried. It would not even accept other credit cards on that day and had to leave my car at the spot since it was work related. Very poor experience and the app could use some fine tuning.
