Parking was convenient, attendants were great.

Tried same parameters a few times with same results. I booked the Hub parking facility for a Saturday from 4 pm. I verified my selection and when reservation was confirmed, the start time in the booking changed to 6 pm. Cancelled my reservation and went to competing parking app.

Everything was great! Attendant was super nice. We went to an 8pm concert at Paramount Brooklyn and made a reservation with some extra time (11pm) because I was unsure when the concert would end. Concert ended at 10:58pm. Got to the car at 11:05pm. Car was ready to go and there was no concern about being 5 min late. I highly recommend SP+ Parking on Schermerhorn St. Look forward to coming back.

There was very heavy traffic. The directions were perfect, no trouble getting to the parking garage. One car in front of me but someone immediately greeted me. I showed my reservation, he printed my parking ticket, asked when I would pick up the car. He said don’t worry I get it when you return. Came back a little later than I expected. No problem, had the car in just a couple minutes. Excellent experience.

Made a reservation on line.. quick and easy to do. No line waiting to drop off and pick up car. The gentleman there was very friendly and helpful. Clean garage. Will use again!

Parking attendants were great. My car was well taken care of. 5 min walking distance to Barclay's Center. Was able to pay in advance on the app and had zero issues.

Easy online booking. Great location, and good price. Transaction and Parking Garage went very smooth, both upon arrival and departure. Highly Recommend.
