Printed reservation indicated an attendant would be present. No one was present. Had some difficulty getting in but the call center did provide assistance. Had difficulty returning to the garage as there is no walk up street entrance, again call center did assist. The garage was very secure.

Simple, quick, and affordable

The parking lot I paid for was closed and not available. The attendant at the neighboring lot did not know why this lot was being sold online as it is contract parking only and not available to the public.

The experience was very good. Parking was easy to get to and was very secure. The only problem was that the security seemed to be unaware that the garage was going to be used for the game. In addition, when returning from the game, we had to wait for a security guard to let us into the building adjacent to the garage so we could get to our car. A slight annoyance, though, considering the price, proximity, and sense of security.

The parking lot had a left gate and no way to open without a card. The attendent did not know what i was talking about. Made us 15 minutes late.

This is an excellent app! When I needed some changes the customer service rep I have spoke with was very quick in responding. He's also courteous n helpful. I would highly give this app a 'TWO THUMBS UP!' My husband n I love 😍😍😍this up 'cos we can reserve parking spaces downtown ahead of time. Looking for parking spaces downtown can be stressful at times...

I very much liked the secure, underground parking. However, security at the building was not aware that event parking could even be purchased through parking.com so I had to convince them to open the gate to let me in.Good thing I printed my parking pass to show them and gave them my name at the security desk. Otherwise, I would have had a difficult time getting back into the building after the event to get my car.

We purchased a parking pass for Saturday nights, May 4, 2019, Rockets game. We were to park in Fullbright Tower which opened at 6:30. We were there at 6:15 and waited until 6:30 and no person appeared to take my pass. When I called the number, the man on the phone said that I had to follow the instructions on my pass which said to give it to an attendant. Finally I pushed the button and security let us in. Then it was a maze to figure how to get to the street level to exit the garage. We had to push the button for security again. Finally we were told to enter the building and exit through there. When the game was over we had to push a button to get back into the garage. I think that you needed more instructions to guests that decided to park in this lot. We will park there again or use this app again. Especially when you can park across the street in another garage , where there is an attendant and it is $2.00 cheaper!!

Reserved parking for an event and couldn’t even park when we arrived because the parking garage was closed down for all parking

Paid for parking online. Arived at the garage that I paid for to find that they have no way to read my code or scan my phone. Lucky they let me park next door.

My car was always safe! Good parking
