Didn’t work

I attempted to reserve a parking spot in advance and the whole thing was unnecessarily confusing. When I made the purchase, I received a “pass” with no reservation number nor a barcode on it, despite instructions saying I needed to scan the barcode on my pass to enter the garage. When I first called customer service, I was told the garage would simply scan my license plate and let me in based on that - which is absolutely not how this garage worked. I called customer service again the next day and got a rep who was honest and helpful. They said they didn’t know what was wrong with my ticket and recommended I cancel the reservation, which I did.

Great parking space, bad experience

Great parking space, very poor system. I bought a prepaid ticket for one week and there was not one day that I could get in or out the parking lot without having to call for assistance because the online voucher wouldn’t work.
