You're forced to pay for parking because there are no other options and then get harassed until you leave a review. Wish granted.

App was not as fluid as previous experience. I talked to a woman who regularly parks in same lot and she was unable to complete the process.

I really think they good but not good with refunding your money back.

Great communication

The coupon code for free parking at the conference was not accepted by the QR code. So I had to pay for parking for the day. The conference people told me to call and explain the situation directly to your company so I did that earlier this week. The person I talked to didn't understand why I should get a refund which I explained several times and finally she hung up on me. I am not happy.

Computer glitch, shouldn't have paid, no refund?
I was attending the Design Columbus conference. We were told to use the provided code, which the software refused to accept, so I went ahead and paid for the day. Once inside, I was told to call a number and seek a refund; one person had already done that and was promised their refund in 4-6 days, but the person I spoke to said that ParkColumbus was not the number to contact, and that the Design Columbus conference should be contacted (DC had given me that exact number). DC people said that was incorrect. I am still trying to resolve this.

Difficult to use. Asks for to much information.

Would be nice to know rates over time. Had to extend after 2 hours for a bit and had to pay same amount again. Rates are not clear.

Was given a refund when I realized I had paid twice for the same time slot.

It was impossible to figure out how to pay. I needed to ask for help. Not logical or easy. Paying should be the simplest part.

I feel expensive at almost $5 for 3 hours, actually I only stayed 2.5 hours. The day I was to CSCC for quiz, I could not expend time while I was in the classroom. So I had to pay enough money but not necessary.

Compare to before, it is too expensive.

Easy method for parking fees. Like reminders that time is running out and easy to add extra time

The app was difficult to use. I got my account all set up and entered payment, but after that m it wasn’t at all intuitive how to actually start my session. It literally took conferring with three other people on campus before I found the place to enter my parking code and start the session.

As compared to other private parking venues , you were too expensive . I’ll need to avoid your areas in the future for that reason .
