The internet did not process my parking request and I ended up claiming 3 reservations on the same day. Customer service was able to refund my extra two charges when I called. Thank you very much.

I am annoyed that parking is posted as $30 but one has to pay a service fee of $1.50. For what? I don't have a ticket to print and put in my car. What is this service fee for????

It was sleet and freezing rain....I told the attendant that I would pay as soon as I got to the building for my meeting. I am definitely not computer savvy so it may have taken me a bit to figure it out. I was carrying 2 large, heavy bags. I paid as soon as I got settled. When I came out..I had a ticket! I filed a complaint regarding the ticket and I have not heard back.

the prices went from $26 to $31 dollars, and the parking spaces needed fresh paint it’s hard to see the yellow lines

It was easy and convenient. The website would not work the first few times I tried to use it though, which was a tad bit annoying but it all worked out

I wish I could give 0 stars. The man who works at 25 calumet street is miserable and is extremely rude and unfair to his customers who are all nurses just trying to get to their job on time. Despicable

The parking lot requires you to scan a QR code and enter your license plate number and credit card information. It is inconvenient and took more time than most other parking lots that use meters or pay stations. The lot was in poor shape and charged a flat fee of $26.00, which is more expense than most lots in the Longwood area.
