Hard to find

Your lots need much better signage with the addresses clearly visible. Problem: Google maps show a photo for an entrance to a garage. The location is actually just a small, open parking lot. Drove around downtown Denver for 30 minutes trying to find the lot.

An expensive letdown

The site to pay was easy enough to get to with the QR code. But that is where the positives stopped. First, I didn’t like that they required so much information from me just to park. Second, the lot said the price would be “up to $21.” There was a section in all the questions where I was asked how long I planned to stay. 1 hour counting up to all day. I put two hours and was still charged the full amount to park there. Overall, as an out of town visitor, I didn’t like my experience.

The ease of parking

The ease of accessing the parking lot and the availability of spaces. There were many spaces open for parking. There was visible signage for directions through the parking lot, and where and how to pay for the spot. I wish the parking cost was not so expensive for the time I spent in the area.

If I already paid the max rate it shouldn't matter how long I stay!

Site was relatively simple to navigate and execute parking. However, pricing is misleading as the lot said that there was a max rate of $22.95. When paying for parking we thought we would only need an hour, so I paid...it charged me for the max rate. Okay, fine. But when we needed more time, it forced me to pay the max rate again to add time to park when I had already paid for the max rate. I guess it was my fault for not selecting all day parking, but if we paid for the max rate, why would it matter what time frame I selected if the max rate should give me all day parking anyway? Seems shady, but maybe it's a fault with how their website is coded. Either way, very unhappy with this experience.

Great experience - even when there was a problem

I am giving a rave review even though signage in the parking lot was extremely misrepresenting. I am a visitor to Denver and the lot said $22 Max. We parked and went online to prepay and it asked how long we would be parking. I put 1 hr and it said to pre-pay $22 which I did, thinking that after the hour and we leave, that must be when it adjusts the price. We came back 40 mins later and found out the lot is a FLAT RATE even if you are there 1 minute... $22. I called customer service and the nice attendent passed on the message. 48 hrs later someone called me back and after hearing everything said they would refund the $22! I offered to pay $5 because we did park in the lot. That would be fair and the going rate as we further drove through the city. That nice person said, "NO, as a courtesy, we will just do the refund." The key to a great or rave review is what a company does when you hit a bump. This company "heard me" and did the right thing, and even went beyond. I recommend you look for Denver parking lots that don't only say $22 Max... but also say an hourly rate. We saw those lots AFTER we had already parked in this one.
