Easy to use
Actually we ended up not using the parking garage as it was hard to find. I was able to cancel the reservation and receive a refund. The app was easy to use and response time very quick. We will use it again when needed.

Fail
Fail. The garage was full. Just a sign saying the lot is full and no way in. No person on site. The cancel button was pressed but did nothing. Called the number in my parking confirmation and just got a message that the number was not excepting messages.
First time using this service and will not be back.
