The parking lot is located close to the train station. However it is to expensive.

The parking lot was perfectly fine. The problem was trying to add extra time to my session. No matter what I did, the app and the website kept saying it couldn't find my email address although the message was sent to my email address. The app kept me going around in circles. I didn't take a picture of the 5 digit code so I just kept looping. Very frustrating. In the end, I wasn't able to add more time, but I didn't get a ticket. I didn't need the stress.

Took several tries to pay on their app. Written a ticket for getting late back to my car. Won’t waste money there again.

Edit. After viewing the parking.com response: thoughts and prayers that someone actually cares. lol

I use this parking lot often. At first paying seemed to take a lot of steps and sometimes had to go back and start again. With experience it has gotten easier. It would be even easier if I would take the time to load the app. (ha ha)

So easy to use through the Ap. Lot well lit. Price is reasonable.

Convenience to the Penn Station for a reasonable price.
The security gate could be replaced. Looks unkempt. Makes it look like no real security being monitored.

Too expensive. I appreciate hands off
But I don't appreciate having to have a credit card linked to my account. I'd prefer a monthly statement so I can pay at my leisure.

Well-lit, clean and has alot of spaces
And is never full. It is convenient to the train station. It's more expensive than other lots, but is safer and has lots of visability and a fence. I recommend it to parking on the street and for long term parking as well. Never had a problem there for over 20 years of parking in the area.

I reached out twice about a problem I had pertaining to my parking time frame/charge and have not gotten a reply back. $54 instead of $6. Customer service could be better at getting back to us. I wouldn’t have given a one star had I gotten a reply.

It was very convenient to where I was going. The fee for weekend was very reasonable. I do think that, in the evening you might want a patrol for several hours.
