Great experience

I’ve used that parking deck for 25 years. This was the most expensive ever. My brother in law was charged almost half of my $38 for the same deck and day. I will never use this parking deck again.

We had trouble getting our parking pass to scan, but luckily there was a help button and the person on the other end resolved our problem.

The one bad thing was when it was time to leave, the attendant asked us for our ticket that supposedly was dispensed when we finally got the pass to scan. We never got a ticket and/or did not know we still needed a ticket when we entered the parking deck.

Awful paid online but was extremely difficult to come and go as needed.

My recent experience with Parking.com was not good. I was staying at a hotel across the street, so I paid for 2-day parking, but I was unable to come and go without issues. I ended up being double charged, so $110 extra. After going through a long process to get a refund, I was told it would be 4-7 weeks before I am refunded!

The parking was at a great price when compared to the regular hotel parking. The convenience of the flexibility on selecting the amount of time to park is just awesome.

One of the highest rates Ive ever paid for parking.

Very quick access to Interstates going North.
I wouldn’t park a very big truck or SUV like a Suburban, though.

Reservation process was super smooth. Leaving after the game was a little weird but overall will park there again

I was charged $34.99 when it was a maximum of $18 for 24 hours. I called 404-898-2763 on 11/21 and got a busy signal. I called again on 11/24 and left a message.

UPDATE: I did get a full refund on 11/29. Changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

When entering the lot the attendant stated that event parking would be $18. Upon leaving I was charged an hourly rate for a total of $38+.

Instructions at the gate were very easy to follow, although I feel like the price is too high. But I didn’t have anywhere else to park and the peace of mind knowing my car was safe allowed me to sleep in peace.

Lot was in poor condition, sign out front of entrance said $8 all day if pay before 9 am. Then when I went to pay it charged me $20 + a 1.74 service charge.

Prepaid with app. Would not scan. Called from machine 2 times -speaker could not be heard. Same at exit would not scan - thank you for valet from hotel letting me out so I could get to daughters game
