terrible. my time expired and i could not get extra time from the link set. my car was booted and i had to pay $250 ..

I paid 45.99 just to get to boots on my truck which made me late for my son's AAU game...I was very upset

The first time I used this app that day it worked fine … I used QR code, filled in all of the questions(state, tag number), the time, then Apple Pay. Double clicked my side button. Face ID came up and a charge showed up in my notifications showing I paid. Came back a bit later, parked for the night. Went through all of the fill in the blanks. Checked the prices for 16 vs 24 hours, I chose the 24 hour(1day) just in case we checked out of the Hilton later… double clicked, then Face ID. The same notification came up, showing that I paid. However, there must’ve been something I missed. Because there was a boot on my car. With a $250 fine for a $46.99 parking space. Maybe it was my error, maybe it was a glitch… I’ll use the valet next time.

No issues and they guarded the lot for those not paying

Terrible company with terrible customer service. Tried to pay multiples times but system was down due to NATIONWIDE outage. Car got booted and had to pay $250 to get boot removed. Company was unwilling to give any grace even after admitting their system was down due to outage.

Had to download the app and sign up to park. Then the prices are high even though I did all the work.

I was there for a conference and I paid only because someone told me I had to pay. However there were several people who got a ticket because they did not see where they had to paid. I think the sign should be visible when you turn the parking lot. It’s a very misleading way to make money off of people like myself who are not from the city.

Parking space a lil tight and too expensive.

It seems that my 3rd day payment did not process properly and my car was booted.
I made the payment prior to leaving but could not find my email receipt.
A $250 penalty is excessive! I will never use a parking lot associated with this company.
It’s a profitable racket!

Very easy to access.

Poor parking experience; paid for with a flat rate and we only stayed 45minutes due to extreme rain!! Once credit card was entered we could not change location!! Horrible experience will not park there again!!

This is the parking lot across from Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center. Hilton charges $37/night for valet only parking and this lot was $30 with in and out privileges as available. Using the QR code, we put in the license plate and paid. We arrived on Wednesday evening with plenty of parking and went out twice a day coming back to a spot in June! Couldn't be better!

Your prices are outrageous. Your lot is unsecured.

The ease of the system and timely correspondence made it all worth while. The cost was in line with others.

First time used and couldnt locate how to get a reciept. Check web and not easy to see where to call

Parking spaces are too tight and most people had difficulty getting in and out of vehicles
