Unreliable booking system
Have previously used the Sloane Square car park and loved it ,so when I knew I was going to be visiting the Chelsea Flower show I booked well in advance and received a reservation email but with no booking number .2 weeks prior to my event I phoned Parking Professionals to see that the reservation still existed and I was told by a lady that for such events, you may not get a space because it’s first come first served. I was very disappointed to hear this. As I would have been driving a long distance and didn’t want to be left stranded in the event that others got there first, I decided to book a ‘definite’ parking space elsewhere. However, I would still use this car park at other times so it’s not a bad review of the car park in general but not when big events are on in the area
