Extremely disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointing experience.

We had to wait for well over an hour before being picked up at Düsseldorf Airport. During that time, we repeatedly tried to contact the company by phone, but our calls went unanswered. There was no communication, no updates, and no explanation for the delay.

When the driver finally arrived, several other passengers were also visibly frustrated, as they had been left waiting for a long time as well.

This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for an airport transfer where reliability and punctuality are essential. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. This was our first experience with them, and it will definitely be our last.

Ordered at Parkhaus Am Flughafen for a…

Ordered at Parkhaus Am Flughafen for a parkingticket at Düsseldorf Airport, I paid € 151,64. I received the parkingticket from DUS Airport and noticed an amount of € 95 mentioned on the ticket. So, I checked the DUS Airport website, and indeed, the tickets are € 95. So I paid € 56,64 as service fees. This is excessive. My advice, order directly at DUS Airport! Parkhaus Am Flughafen has a system in place that it’s (almost) impossible to use right of withdrawal/withdrawal period.
