Terrible shipping. Looks like an Australian website. But their stuff is shipped from China. 4 weeks for a watch band, and still not here. Zero stars if I could. Terrible experience

Pathetic shipping experience
Ordered phone case on March 23rd 2026. Shipping label created on March 25th and USPS IN IL has been waiting for package since. Emailed Parkfield several times with no response. Asked for a refund and they still haven't responded. Will dispute with credit card company.

Can’t believe how quick the delivery was to me here in Australia, and how pleasantly surprised in the quality. The phone wallet is so soft, exudes class and practicality; definitely recommend this company, as they exemplify top shelf customer service.

Even though I ordered the wrong cover…
Even though I ordered the wrong cover for the mini pad the Coy was prepared to send me the correct one at a very small cost. I didn’t have to return the incorrect cover either. The person I dealt with in this regard was very helpful.
I have since ordered another cover for my new IPad.

Zero contact from Parkfield Supplies regarding returns
I purchased a watch band, but unfortunately it did not fit my watch. I contacted the company via email 3 times from September 25th, and to date, have received no answer regarding returning the item and receiving a refund. Would not recommend buying from Parkfield Supplies. Very poor service.
