Beware Parkdean False all inclusive advertising for touring pitches - NOW RESOLVED

Booked a 4 night touring pitch from the 1st of June as they have advertised that all inclusive packages on a 4 night midweek break is advertised when going through the booking process. Just been online to get it added to my booking so that i can pay for it to be told that the all inclusive package is not available to the touring pitches even though they have it advertised.
They sent me a copy of the terms and conditions that are buried somewhere in the website and told me i should have read them before booking.
I read the FAQ's and nowhere on there does it state Touring pitches are not included so why would i read the terms and conditions.
Asked what they would do to resolve the issue as we only booked because of the all inclusive option, only to be told there is nothing they are willing to do.
Now looking to cancel and speak to trading standards as their website is misleading and i believe false advertising.
Reported it to consumer advice and they are passing all the information onto trading standards as they have read the all inclusive information and agreed that it does not mention touring caravans and that Parkdean should be making it clearer that touring caravans are not included in the all inclusive option.

Parkdean have now reached out and admitted that there is an error on their website and they have honored the all inclusive booking for our party.

If I could put no star rating i would

If I could put no star rating i would. Arrived 5th of September 2025. At cambersands, caravan hadn't been cleaned at all absolutely disgusting. Went to reception they said they would have it deep cleaned and and oxy Treatment on the carpet as the smell of wet dog was horrendous. They arrived 2 and half hours later with a hoover. I had to disinfectant the whole Caravan myself. Thought the first night it was absolutely freezing the bedding was damp. Called out of hours at 5.50am to report no heating or hot water took them 3 hours to come do a 30 sec job. Complained to reception again she said she would raise a ticket of complaint and get back to me the same day. Nothing. We ended up checking out a day early as the smell and Caravan was just too much to the point my dog was scratching himself to pieces and my 2 year old granddaughter had bites on her ankles. Spoke to reception on checkout and was told out of 260 Caravans 12 had Complained about the cleanliness of there Caravan. I've raised a ticket myself and says takes 10 days to get a reply. Absolutely disgusting place been here many times before and never had a problem. The club house smelt of raw sewage just absolutely awfull will never return. I have lots of photos of the disgusting Caravan we we're given. If I don't receive a full refund I will be taking this as far as I can.

Absolutely awful experience at…

Absolutely awful experience at Parkdeans Cambersands caravan park .
Our caravan was not fit for a dog let alone a human !
Broken bathroom door , shrubs /tree branches so over grown I couldn’t open or shut the bedroom window .
Shower with black mould all around ! Carpets filthy , floor very filthy. Manageress Danielle was very unhelpful when we raised the condition of our accommodation, she wouldn’t view it with us , she said she’s far too busy to help customers. She clearly did not show any care to how we felt . I was clearly very distraught !!! Just by luck Later other staff members came to see how we found our accommodation, we showed them around our awful conditions & they agreed how bad it was & that they wouldn’t pay to stay in it !!!! Danielle the manager Couldn’t even find time to come to us in 3 days we stayed !check on us or anything ! She Wouldn’t agree to a refund or to move us to another caravan! Apparently they were full ! We had no time to find a hotel due to being there for a 70th celebration of a close friend & family .My grandson slept on the sofa with me due to his health risks with mould , he is 4 yrs old ! Our Caravan wasn’t safe for him .
I’ve reported this to trading standards as we have been treated so poorly !! No one should ever stay here !!
Absolutely disgusting & environmental inspection should be sent round!
Infact the whole site was full of litter & dog feces .
No one should waste their money staying here !!! I have taken plenty of evidence and will be pursuing this , customer relations have ignored us so far .
I will update if and when I’m refunded for my whole stay .
You don’t get what is advertised so you are miss sold !!

Total disappointment for our first family holiday

We stayed at the resort in sandford.

It wasn’t the best start to our holiday we got to the van, walked in and it stank of wacky backi especially the bedroom also it was filthy there was dust everywhere thick dust and coffee stains on the shelves, pubes on the toilet seat and the floor was sticky, we spoke to the reception was told that they couldn’t move us as they was fully booked and they couldn’t do anything about the smell we just had to put up with it so £20 later on cleaning products and smellies I cleaned the van and put smellies everywhere to try and get rid of the smell I then went to have a shower and the boiler didn’t work no hot water so my husband went to the reception, somebody came to look at it gave it a walk and said oh it’s temperamental. I then decided to set the bed up in the front room only to find the spare dovet had blood on it so another trip to the reception to find it closed and nobody to talk too, we went down the next morning after a night of sleeping without a dovet to be told we would get one bought over. Yet again we had to go back in the afternoon to chase this up 🙄 Never did we once get an apology from them. We ended up leaving early and didn’t stay the whole week I won’t be going back again. The customer service is as poor as their cleaning service still not got anywhere with the company even now!

To anyone staying at white sands

To anyone staying at white sands , please be aware , the cost of eating in the restaurant is extremely high .
The entertainment is a complete joke with no structure to it at all .
Having said that the staff were more than helpful , the lodge was clean but lacked in kitchen equipment, we had a frying pan and 2 saucepans but no dishes to serve food in , lighting within the park is limited so for females it’s not safe , so research the park before you book .

I have just had the worst 2 weeks…

I have just had the worst 2 weeks holiday at lizzard point and feel ripped of and very disapointed.
I paid for a apartment which was not meant to have had dogs in it but it had and had not been cleaned well and when complained was told they could not do anything about it.
On returning home i had to go to see doctor and got flea bites.

Southview in Skegness mouldy/damp grot hole

We stayed at Southview in Skegness and had nothing but problems with the caravan. On arrival the van was meant to be sealed and the keys on the table but this didn't happen. The curtains and tiebacks in the bedrooms were covered in mould. The bedrooms were damp and there was no lighting in the main bedroom. One of the single beds had blood stained sheets. The microwave slid of the shelf everytime, someone opened the caravan door or a large vehicle went past. There was broken sharp equipment in the van. On day 2 we were with out hot water for ages. Trying to get anything fixed was an absolute nightmare, they would promise to come and sort stuff, then just not turn up, it took 5days for them to sort the lighting. Some of the staff were lovely but others were extremely rude and abnoxious. Everytime we went reception there was just queues of people complaining. I've been offered a £30 of my next holiday but i have to book in next 3months and it can only be used for holidays in the school holidays and bank Holidays, which is an absolute joke. We use to love parkdeans but this has certainly put me off ever booking with them again
