Easy to book, good to get discounts sometimes (should be more often!), regular shuttle buses to airport and, I must say, a highlight is the very friendly and helpful staff. Really matters when travelling as one would be stressed, rushing, etc.

20kg or larger Suitcases - difficult to pull to ones car
The main reason is because of the difficulty of pulling large suitcases x 2, @20kg each along the very stoney road between the parked cars, destroying suitcases and the difficulty that entails too! 10kg cars can be carried. I nearly indicate that your car park facility should only be used by persons with 10kg or smaller suitcases.
I would suggest, at a minimum you would install a 'pathway' through the middle of each roadway of 1m/ 3' wide to ease that issue and make the experience considerably better.
Also, there can be confusion around the actual row numbers, unless one looks at the row numbers on either side of the row one is standing in.
Also, I met several persons asking "What row they were in?"

Overfilled bus
We came back at 2 am and waited for the bus for over 20 min. Then driver allowed to fill the bus up completely with people standing back to back and as result when we got to the first drop off point it was almost impossible to get out our heavy luggage thru all the crowd of people.

Easy to get to
Easy to get to. Barrier lifts on approach through ANPR. Staff in the car park directed us to car park spacing. Trying to remember where we parked after a week is always a challenge. We should have taken photo of number associated to where we parked.
