Tickets not sent
I purchased a package of three visits for two people: a boat trip on the Seine, entrance to the Eiffel Tower, and the Louvre Museum.
As soon as the service was paid for, they sent an email with the purchased services. Days later, they sent the boat tickets and then the Eiffel Tower tickets. The Louvre tickets were never sent. On the morning the visit was scheduled, about an hour before, I sent an email asking about the non-delivery of the tickets. They replied minutes later that they had no orders with my email. I forwarded the purchase receipt, and the tickets only arrived 1 hour after the scheduled time. I had to purchase new tickets at the museum.
