I was charged for the product but never received it. I still don't have the Terra Glaze.

Thank you for sharing this. I’m truly sorry for the trouble you experienced. After looking into your order, I found that the package was damaged in transit and returned to our warehouse on the 17th. Unfortunately, we weren’t notified of the return, and since we didn’t receive a message from you, we didn’t know there was an issue until your review.

I’ve gone ahead and issued a full refund, and it should appear back on your original payment method shortly. I’m very sorry for the inconvenience this caused and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

The website isn't user friendly

The website isn't user friendly, and customer service acts like you are inconveniencing them by calling. They are always out of supplies and don't let you know it's going to be an extended amount of time before you get you items. I think I still have a pending order but it's hard to say because it is difficult to look up your customer information to see what's even going on.
