PARIMATCH.co.uk Reviews

This is a SCAM company that, when you withdraw your winnings, cancels them and then says that the ticket you won was our mistake, even though the match had nothing to do with the company's mistakes. They do this just to justify themselves

I just deposites 1000 with a bonus on free spins on slots. Post the free spin my total got locked to play only for slots. 2 days later my total got deducted to 0 with a message of "Adjustment of Bonus".

This casino is a scam stay away from these robberes there slots controlled by them you have no chance to win anything

Awful you could be playing all day n you won't win nothing worse site I've ever been on don't waste your money.

Signed up for the welcome bonus of 200 free spins. I deposit the money then stake £10 to get some of the free spins. Then I am notified that I am stripped from offers and can’t use free spins. I contacted support and they said they are legally allowed to do this as it is hidden in the terms and conditions somewhere. Absolute scammers do not trust this company. Only go for welcome bonuses of brands that you have heard of not these random scammers.

Shocking. Signed up for the promotion offer deposited my money placed the qualifying bet and within 10 minutes of doing all this they blocked my account from any promotions but were happy to take my bet. Only reason I selected them was for the offer. Shocking

Totally fraud deposit not credited, after sending 40 Mail they only reply with story since 2 month , Parimatch UK is not responsible for india parimatch then why your name and company name using here. You are only fraud

Good compared to alot the competition

Very fast payers, basically instantly. Decent welcome off with free spins and no wagering.

Customer services reasonably queue length and answer your queries. Can see all your play data easily, with win and loss etc easily found.

Terrible. Barred from promotions when I only just signed up. For no reason. I would avoid.

Won a £100 bonus from a wager and open a box promotion and was then banned from promotions the next day why make it possible to win it if you’re going to ban customers from promotions for it disgusting company bare in mind I have a £2,000 lifetime deposits

50p super boost stake limit!!
Hilarious
365 and WH both do £25.
But I guess those are proper sportsbooks not jokers

It has been over one month i have made 4 deposites if 10000/- each total 40000/-

Don’t play slots here. Terrible experience, they will take everything you have, you will play £30 no bonus and just when the lines are starting to come through the screen would appear with (server error) and force me to reload, when you reload the game is reset along with you win/loss ratio so the game assumes you as a new player, slimy company that I will be reporting to the gambling commission not only because of the terrible plays/theft/customer abuse above but I am signed up to Gamstop and they have broken their agreement with this company by letting me play, if they did I would never have been able to sign up let alone deposit and play. No Identity checks, The only positive thing is quick withdrawals and don’t take that as I won, I withdrew at a loss. Very disappointed and filled with rage.

This company is scammer ... they takes no responsibility for withdrawal ... without paying money says withdrawal done .. and ticket closed .. fake company scammed me with 1000 euros

I made a deposit which was later cancelled, but I have still not received my refund. It has now been 4 months.
I submitted my bank statement as proof that the money was deducted from my account. Despite this, I keep receiving responses saying the payment provider did not receive the funds. However, the amount was clearly debited from my bank.
Waiting 4 months for a refund is completely unacceptable. The lack of proper resolution and clear communication is extremely disappointing.
I strongly urge the company to investigate this properly and return my money as soon as possible. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this service

Absolute scam company. Advertise Bet £10 get £20 - allow you to bet and lose - then refuse to credit the free bet. No warning in advance. SCAMMERS - AVOID!

Wish I read all the negative reviews before joining with these time wasters. Its been over 3 weeks and still my account is restricted. All documents were provided and accepted on the same day!

Below is the only message you will get for them to justify stealing your money:

'Your account is being reviewed, and the relevant team will email you with the outcome once the review has been complete. There is no timeframe for this review. I do apologise for the inconvenience.'

The relevant team (Account Security Team) will tell you the same thing but with an extra line 'We will not respond to further queries this matter unless there is a change in status'.

Stay away from all brands related to BV Gaming!

My advice is to log your complaints through Resolver and press for a deadlock letter, then you can escalate to IBAS and the UKGC. Letting people not withdraw or delaying verification is a direct infringement on the UKGC licence so do not let these lot off!

Honestly I never write reviews but i had to on this one this parimatch. Are parasites they are just after your money I signed up ad a new customer and it says you don't have to opt in as a new promotion place £10 and that's it. However I got a email as after my bet settled I thought it was strange I didn't get my money they basically said they can remove the promotion at anytime and I'm not entitled to any promotions or any promotions in the future but I can place bets? They can do 1 they are parasites. AVOID AT ALL COSTS THE PROMOTION IS STILL AVAILABLE. BUT YOU WONT RECEIVE YOUR FREE BETS STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY

Parimatch offers, as a welcome bonus, among other things £10 in free spins on Big Bass Splash, but don’t fool yourselves into thinking you’ll win anything, because any potential winnings are added to the bonus value instead of the player’s balance. So you keep playing until the bonus is drained to zero! No winnings at all! This is a scam!
