Worst experience possible

7 weeks an 10 emails to receive half of my order.

Bot messages full of apologies but no concrete answer or timeline.

Refund refused despite what they state on their website.

No clue where is the rest of my order.

No tag on the clothes, you don’t know how to wash them or their composition.

Very bad service.

Very bad service.
They do not follow up at all. I returned an item to them almost 4 months ago, and they confirmed that they received it in their warehouse. But until now, they have not sent me the exchange item and have not refunded my money.
Their customer service is extremely poor no proper response, no updates, nothing.
Not recommended at all.

Shocking business

Shocking business - absolute scam. It is so obvious they are just buying everything in from a cheap supplier in Asia - hence the 6 weeks delivery time where they are obviously sea freighting the items in. Complete scam. The clothes are absolute dirt too, cheap materials. Not sure how these are still operating

if there were no stars or negative 110000 stars id vote for that. wont get into details but dont waste your money, TERRIBLE quality and even worse customer service. Their returns policy is fugazy too.

Excellent shopping experience at Parijan

I really liked the website I shopped on because it is fast, clear, and easy to use. I also liked that you offer many different payment options. I was very satisfied with the clothes I bought because they are made of high-quality and pleasantly soft materials.

Scammers

Scammers. Is it possible to give 0 stars haha. Disgraceful company. Took about 1 month to deliver. Bought €300 worth of clothes that had the price quality of about €30. It’s been 75 days and I’m still waiting on my refund. They have no intention of giving me back my refund. They are stalling and have said they will reach out to me, that I don’t need to contact them. It’s simply so I might forget about it. No chance haha. Scammers

Awful experience

Awful experience. Items are not as shown on the website. The quality when they arrived is dreadful and the colour nothing like described at all.
I have since contracted the business as it says on the website to understand about their 30 day return policy. They offer a 15% refund or exchange (not mentioned in the policy online). I’ve emailed back with now no response for over a week saying I want a full refund and will send item back and yet still waiting for a reply!
SCAM!!

Worst decision of my life

The size is typical american
M is toch someone 6 ft and 130 kg
My ass could fits those pants twice.
The sweater is for someone with a perimeter of the same size he is long.
Besides the sizes it took 2 months for the clothes to reach me. Absolotely do not buy this!

Don’t order from this website, they will not ship your order, they will not answer emails and if you comment on their instagram posts, they will delete your comment. This company are scammers and they will take your money without sending your order….

Avoid at all costs – terrible experience and absolute scam!

I placed an order with Parijan on May 15, and received my package on June 16 — over a month later. I’m a frequent online shopper, but I’ve never encountered such poor quality and defective products.

I requested a return the very next day (June 17). It took their team three weeks just to confirm the return request. Then, for an entire month, I heard nothing further — even though I had proof of delivery (shared with them multiple times). Despite that, they kept asking for “verification.”

Finally, on August 12, after my third follow-up email, they told me that the refund process had started and that I should receive the money within 10–14 business days. It’s now November 3, and I still haven’t received any refund.

Over the past four months, I’ve sent dozens of emails, only to receive the same copy-paste responses (“We sincerely apologize,” “We understand your frustration,” “Your case has been escalated”). Yet, nothing has happened.

At this point, it’s clear that Parijan is showing no intention of refunding my money. Their behavior is unacceptable and borders on fraudulent. I strongly advise others to stay away from this store — they sell poor-quality products, ignore customers, and fail to honor refunds they’ve already confirmed.

DROPSHIP SCAM - NO RETURNS, WRONG SIZES

Update:

THEY ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE YOUR RETURNS BY EU LAW; IF NOT YOU CAN CONTACT YOUR BANK TO REFUND THE MONEY - DONT SEND BACK UNLESS THEY PAY FOR THE RETURN LABEL AND SEND IT TO YOU - YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN DOESNT RUN OUT AFTER THEY DELAY YOU FOR AGES, ITS VALID AS LONG AS YOU STATED A FORMAL RETURN REQUEST IN THE RIGHT TIMEFRAME; SAVE THE EMAILS WITH THE SUPPORT AND SCREENSHOTS OF THE WEBSITE ("30/14 day free returns no questions asked")

Submit your complaints at the signal conso (DGCCRF)
which is the french agency for these kind of dropshipping fraudsters

aswell as with the european centre for fraud control in your country, (eg EVZ in Germany)

Owners show themselves on instagram partying and living the high life as "CEOs". (under societe dot com if you enter the SAS of the company you can find official information who the legal owners are) while they scam customers with false information, bad dropshipping stuff from across the world and wrong labels/products

Horrible Business Practice.

Be prepared to have your Order take more than 2 weeks to arrive.

And you better make sure you have chosen the right size (hint; impossible because the sizes are effed, feels like the just give you random sizes)
because god forbid u want to return something.
Even though the "30-14 day free returns" is plastered all over their website you have to fight for days with Jeff the Customer Support AI.

I got so mad i actually filed a formal complaint at the european consumer support center
