My experience with ParijanOfficial has been extremely disappointing, especially in terms of professionalism and honesty.

As both a customer and an affiliate partner, I found their behavior deeply concerning. When everything is going well, they appear responsive and cooperative—but the moment issues arise, their attitude completely changes. Communication becomes vague, delayed, or completely ignored.

When it comes to affiliate partnerships, they show a clear lack of integrity. Payments are delayed without valid explanations, and repeated follow-ups are met with evasive or generic responses. In some cases, they simply stop replying altogether. This kind of behavior raises serious concerns about whether they genuinely respect their business partners.

The same pattern applies to customers. Many people report being offered partial refunds just to “keep the item” instead of resolving the issue properly, or being forced to pay return shipping even when the company made the mistake. This reflects a business model that avoids responsibility rather than taking accountability.

Even more troubling is the lack of transparency. Promises are made but not honored, and problems are dragged out until customers or partners give up. Some users have even reported being ignored after multiple attempts to resolve simple issues.

My experience with this company has…

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.
I promoted their products as an affiliate partner and helped generate traffic and potential sales. However, when it came time for commission payment, they continuously delayed and avoided fulfilling their obligations.

I have sent multiple emails but received either vague responses or no response at all. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and responsibility toward partners.

In addition, after reviewing other customer feedback, I can see that many people also complain about poor product quality, long shipping times, and difficulties with refunds.

Based on my experience, I strongly do NOT recommend working with or purchasing from this company. Be very careful before engaging with them.

Scam, no answers back

its been 3 weeks since i ordered, and still waiting for confirm of order. couple times i mail them, but no answers back or no update. lost 70euro. never buying again here, bullshit company!

Dropshipping website... order #46199

Basic dropshipping website...

I ordered on the 25th march 9 days ago and still awaiting details. Not even labelled yet while the website said handeling time 1 to 3 day and europe delivery in 6 to 10 days.

I know allready it will be 1 or 2 months...

I did order 2 mystery outfit box and I know allready for 160 euros.

Overpaying for nothing considering its simple dropshipping not even 2.0 ..

Wrong size

I ordered a size M but received something that looks more like an XL — in any case, not what I ordered. There is no label on the garment to confirm the size. Customer service claims that I did receive an M and wants me to pay for the return. I will not order anything from this site again.

PARIJAN IS A SCAM!

Do not waste your money with this company. The quality of their clothing is terrible, and not as described on their website. The return process has been impossible and this company is unwilling to help. They will try to make you return your items to an address in France, which will cost you more than what you purchased. Do not purchase from them.

I ordered a Winter 3-Piece Surprise Box…

I ordered a Winter 3-Piece Surprise Box from this store over a month ago, and my order still hasn’t been shipped.

I’ve contacted their customer support multiple times, and while they do respond, it’s just repetitive messages with no actual solution. Despite the long delay and the fact that nothing has been sent, they are refusing to issue a refund.

It’s extremely frustrating to go back and forth for so long without any real progress. At this point, it feels like they are just stalling instead of resolving the issue.

I would not recommend ordering from this store. Poor service, long delays, and no accountability when something goes wrong.

Wasted 90 euros for nothing

Scam

Scam, I ordered jumpers from the company, I read after I ordered that it was a bad company and potentially a scam, tried to cancel my order but they refused to do it.

I ended up getting the jumpers and trying to get a refund, I was instead offered 10% cashback and I could keep the jumpers, I pursued this further and ended up getting a link to the returns portal which also didn't work.

I asked the company to provide a shipping address and they wouldn't. In the end I called up my bank and disputed the charge.

Would put half a star if I could

Would put half a star if I could, I went off their size guide and when the items arrived they would have dwarfed my 6ft 10inch, 21 ST mate, they said “If we refund you 20%, will you keep them” for what you muppets. They told me to return them and I would have to pay the postage €21 from Cyprus, then they will exchange them for another size. Waited and waited to just find a refund and no explanation, so no products and out €21 , don’t touch with a barge pole. P.S. the quality was very poor and nothing like the pictures.

Against lots of other ratings here I had a pretty good and fast contact and experience with the Customer support.
I wanted to cancel my order and it took one day which is really a fair amount if time for that request in my opinion.

Terrible experience from start to…

Terrible experience from start to finish. The quality is shockingly bad for the price — cheap material, poor finishing, and nothing like the photos. It honestly feels like a scam.

Customer service was a nightmare. After more than 10 emails, they still avoided giving a proper return solution and kept offering small discounts to make me keep the items. I had to pay for the return shipping myself, and the entire process dragged on for over a month.

Delivery took 5 weeks from China — completely unacceptable.

Save your money and avoid this company at all costs.

FRAUD - SCAM

I opened a request for return, because they sent me the wrong size.
3 months after being trying to solve it with Customer Succes, they tell me the 30 days period return is exeded... and I did my request the first week I received the product.

This website is a scam

This website is a scam. Products are no where the expected quality for the price paid especially pricing the products in EUR to appear premium. This is nowhere a european brand as you may think it is.

This is actually European price for Chinese products of low quality. The products are directly shipped from China. The quality is so bad and they did a mistake on my order sending me 2 left loafers of the worst quality and when I requested them to rectify, they told me to ship back the shoes for them to resend correct pair of loafers. I refused and told them to refund or send me the right shoe. They stalled the request for more than 30days despite follow ups and then after that they told me the 30 day refund policy has elapsed and they cannot do anything about it.

The greatest scam you can get online. Do not purchase on this website.

Terrible, terrible

Terrible, terrible company. Double charged me for pair of shoes, didn't send the shoes for weeks, promised to repay the over-charge, even lied to my bank about repaying it, still waiting. They'll send lots of emails apologizing and promising to expedite it but they're just liars.

Very nice products , would have given 5 stars but the shipping was painfully slow , luckily I am never in a rush so all was well . Please know products are quality and nice just expect to wait a couple weeks to get it !
