Purchase this perfume for my Daughter for Christmas, who saw the store at Chatsworth Chistmas Market. The smell is amazing. So good I will be purchasing for myself in January 2026 with a 10% voucher I have received. Absolutely Amazing.

The perfume sample I tried (a Jo Malone dupe) was very good and at £5 very reasonable but when I ordered the 50ml bottle I received the wrong perfume. I have written to them twice and it’s coming up to a week and I have heard nothing. So although I would give 5 stars for the perfume, my one star rating is for the poor customer service. I’m guessing that I won’t hear and will just have to accept I’ve paid nearly £20 for a perfume I didn’t want.

An update: it’s now been nearly two weeks and despite writing to the website 3 times, I have not received a reply. I don’t want to send the perfume back to a company that won’t communicate with me as there is no guarantee I’ll even get a refund. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. It is not a good experience to spend nearly £20 on a perfume I don’t want.

I got Tom Ford Tabbaco Vanilla, 10ml, but I can't believe this is the real authentic one, I sprayed like 6 sprays which lasted like few hours and it's only me can smell it. For some reason I think these are the cheaper version or diluted version

Slightly disappointed, ordered as a present for a friend as she mentioned she like the perfume and was expecting better packaging than a little tube with plastic cap and a label that looks nothing like the perfume, will give it to her at Christmas and she will have no idea what it is

Delivery was quick and packaging was perfect. A good way of trying a scent before investing in an expensive purchase.

I have used creed viking before so wanted to try viking cologne, I received my sample and it smelt overpowering and strange. However obviously this scent was new to me so didn't know how it should smell. So i decided to buy another sample from creed direct. Same fragrance and quality so full marks parfumery.

Oh and when I said overpowering and strange that was in a good way once I clarified it was official

I recently received my sample of Baccarat Rouge from this company and am honestly delighted with it. I’m going to buy a bottle. It’s great to be able to test the scent so conveniently.

Very happy with my purchase. Genuine fragrances at a fantastic price. I’ve noticed that 1 or 2 people left negative feedback due to the fragrances being decanted into unlabelled atomisers and doubting the authenticity because of this. Having previously owned all the fragrances I brought from parfumery.co.uk (from official vendors,) I can happily attest that these are the genuine article. Seriously people if you want the finest fragrances available to humanity at the best prices on the internet you need to buy from parfumery! I don’t care about the unbranded atomiser, I care about the juice as I’m sure you reading this do. Thank you parfumery for great service at a great price. I can’t wait to buy from you again and plan to buy some fragrances I haven’t had the opportunity to try yet so I can test them before buying a larger decant, from you of course!

Update.... Josh from Parfumery has contacted me and apologised. He has actioned a refund for me.
Maybe they are not as bad as I originally thought. The item arrived smashed. I have emailed them and sent a photo of the smashed vial but they have not even had the decency to reply to me. I have sent various emails but nothing. Terrible customer service and I remain out of pocket by almost £40.00. Gone direct to Le Labo for another purchase. At lease a genuine company can be trusted. DON'T USE THEM!!!
