Parfum Nightmare
Make up I ordered for a night out did not arrive after 2 weeks so contacted the company and they refunded me. Next day it arrived. They have they been issued invoices, with no clear instructions how to pay them, and no sort code/account number. Have had to then investigate how to pay them which involves international payment visiting £25 fee. Given the make up cost £38 I am not willing to do this. They now threaten legal action. absolute joke. They should have investigated the whereabouts of the items before refunding. I would not recommend dealing with this unprofessional company.

Used the web for the first time. Quick delivery, but left 2 starts for the review as ordered perfume and it arrived in not protected condition in the box at all! Just like
that on its own and the box was so bashed that I can’t even gift this fragrance anymore ….so a bit disappointed…I can’t believe there was not a single padded wrap sheet to protect the fragile perfume…I’m so glad it didn’t break but not sure if I shall order again from there

Not worth the hassle! You have a 30/70 chance of receiving your item if you’re in the UK
Everytime I have placed an order with them, it never arrives! The prices are attractive but it’s really not worth the stress and effort when you’re not going to get your item!
They are aware of the issues with Evri but have refused to do anything other than offer a 10% discount voucher for you to then use to buy an item that you won’t receive!
