Thank you for making this review.

I have checked your order and you did not pay anything for the shipment. Yes when you order less that 200 euro we charge 17 euro for Spain. Please inform the costs at DHL or even for standard post. From Netherlands to Spain or in reverse. is 35 euro !!!! So we do not make up these costs ourselves. A biit unfair to give us 3 stars because an other company charges shipping costs. 17 euro is a fair price for smaller. We pay half ourselves.

About intracomunitary invoice: We are a retailer and we deliver on consumer base. If you want your tax back you can reclaim your tax back at your own tax office in your country. These rules are in EEG for retailers. Wholesale has different rules.

Good service

Even though we had some problems with the delivery company, Parfumaria handled it in a professional manner and i received the order.

Good day,

Your order is picked up (see your track and trace from DHL) on the 1th of October.
From The Netherlands to Romania it takes around 12 days (customs etc.)
But you can check the track and trace of course.
Your reaction at Trustpilot is totally unfair towards us because you can see that we shipped your order very quickly. We have no influence on the DHL delivery of course.
You can also see the expected delivery time is on the 11th. (again see your track and trace)
Please could you adjust the Trustpilot very low rating. This bad rating harms our good name and is not very fair towards our loyal team. Special because you can see when we shipped your order. Again…we are not lazy and we shipped your order fast. Thank you.

Superb service received from Parfumaria…

Superb service received from Parfumaria Customer Service! The best Customer Service ever. Responded to my e mail almost immediately and it was Sunday.

I have ordered Hilde Soliani perfumes which come without packaching. Bottles were well protected and my order arrived quickly.

I will most certainly order again and recommend it to my friends. Well done!
