Bad service with an abusive credit-consumption system; moreover, the company disrespects the Brazilian Constitution, which—under Decree 6523/2008—requires the immediate cancellation of a subscription when requested.

The platform has some bugs, the support is ok, but it is definitely an immature company that cannot be considered trustworthy, with practices that are incompatible with what one is used to finding in well-established companies.
To give an example, they deliberately canceled my plan, which had a monthly subscription and not an annual one, they did not send me any email to let me know that they had a problem processing my payment and when I tried to access it, I could not log in and was directed to a subscription page with only annual plans available. And when I contacted support, they told me that they no longer had monthly plans available, only annual ones. I lost all my chats and personalized agents, I lost hours of work that I had not saved outside of the platform, trusting that I would continue to have access without problems. I do not recommend it!
