I bought what I thought was a one-time…
I bought what I thought was a one-time payment for a potty training class. I never received email on how to access it. I wrote for help and still didn’t receive email to access it. I responded and asked to be refunded. Not only was I not refunded, but I got an auto charge for $63 a month later. Luckily, I wrote again to the help email and was refunded, but the whole experience was terrible and I wouldn’t trust this service again.

Why are you taking my money every month…
Why are you taking my money every month and not replying to emails asking to cancel? I signed up for a free trial to help my neurodivergent son but you won't let me cancel and have stolen hundred of pounds from me. I tried to cancel soon after and I have not used the app once. I sent loads of emails to your customer services nd you keep taking 50 pounds per month from me with no refund. I warn everyone DO NOT sign up to this account.

Do not purchase anything from them, the will subscribe you automatically, without asking, and just take money from your account over and over again if you do not pay attention. It's very frustrating to see that somehow they have tricked you in paying every month for something you don't use, and they do not have unsubscribe option. You have to email them to unsubscribe.

Was enjoying the content until the companytried to charge my Paypal AU$91.18 for an ongoing subscription I did not sign up to!!! I only paid for a month. Not okay!!
