The product and the packaging was looking good.

Arrived safe and sound and it's absolutely beautiful. I am very happy with it!

I was so excited about this literal work of art, and it really does not disappoint! There weren't any issues with delivery or anything, and it arrived in tip-top shape! It literally makes me happy just to look at it! So high quality, and beveled (textured? not sure how to say it lol). Also, the instructions to put it on the wall were quite clear and simple. I was hesitant at the price, but it was completely worth it.

I ordered a Bronya figure and it arrived in Italy in less than 3 weeks. The packaging was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this shop! They have a great selection of merch for any HoYoverse game, especially for Honkai Impact 3rd.

The company is reliable and delivers.
Products arive in good state.

I also made a mistake with a double order and the company was willing to help me out quickly and with good service.

After a week of ordering still no infos about my package.

I can recommend this shop no problem, product arrived in good condition, customer service is very good, the only thing is that shipping takes quite a while but they state that on their site/product page so keep that in mind, overall a good experience, will use this shop again for harder to find Hoyo merch in europe.

This company is scam, I advised all the people not to work or purchase anything from them. Be aware of scam.. they took my money and never delievered the product and very bad customer service. NOOOOO

It arrived earlier than anticipated with no problems. The quality is great and Kafka is of course, beautiful.
