Easy to use app. Good parking spots in Paris. And I had an issue with a double booking on my credit card because of an issue with the first reservation, which was resolved within 1 day after sending an email.
Will definitely use Parclick again in future.

When we arrived on the parking location (Paris URBIS PARK Palais de Justice (INDIGO)), there was no one to give us the parking card. Apparently every employee left before 16.00, but the information on the website told us to check in before 17.00.
So we had to pay full price to park there, which we did not like. The Indigo car parks in Paris are good, just pay there by card.
We sent Parclick a message, and we got our money back from the reservation. The customer service is fine, but the organisation could have been better.

I have reserved a parking, instructions were not clear (two parkings very close by) and I didn't get a refund.
They excuse themselves saying it's the parking decision, but to me I use parclick to avoid having to deal with parkings directly.
I believe this app is completely useless, and I recommend to stay away from it.
Better to go to the parking directly, than to risk losing money for a small discount.
Update:
They say the decision is on the parking, but what guarantee does that give us (the users)? Is it worth risking this for a small discount? Don't they have any leverage on the parkings? What incentive does the parking have to return the money? (None)
I reaffirm my recommendation: stay away.

I booked the parclick garage in Firenze 2 years ago.
Firstly, when collecting the car, they brought the wrong car over, I had to wait for another period of time before obtaining my car.
Secondly, although I had made payment for the ZTL onsite, I was incorrectly fined for not paying for it. It has been years that I have been trying to contact Parclick but no one seems to bother to reply at all after countless emails over 2 years.
Please consider other places to park your car in Firenze.
Update:
They admitted it was a mistake that the car park did not process the ZTL fee across to the Municipal of Florence, but they shirk off all responsibilities of compensating for it.
Parclick/Garage mentioned that they are unable to claim the fine when it is beyond 60 days claim period when they DO NOT reply any emails during that timeframe (which I had provided written evidence), and I end up having to pay for mistakes made by the carpark/Parclick.
Please note that Parclick is just an "intermediary" who does not fulfil its role as an intermediary by:
1. Asking you to contact the garage directly
2. And does not facilitate the compensation of the fines across from the garage to the user.
There are no incentives or guarantees for the users when booking through Parclick.
My recommendation to others: Find other better parking options

Almost 2 years ago I booked the parclick garage in Firenze. They confirmed my entrance to the special zone. But they did not. I got two bills. After many e-mails, sending proof and information et cetera, and after contact with parclick customer service the problem is not yet solved. No confirmation it will be solved and no payment. It could not be worse. False promises and no action. And no control apparently by their own organization. Consider another place and organization if you want to park your car in Firenze.

I used the app multiple times in Barcelona and it's just perfect. Only once the parking was closed when I arrived but Parclick refunded the parking costs without any issues.

( Nice Etoile).

I made a wrong reservation which was credited back to me very quickly by the excellent Customer Service. Correctly redone for the city of Nice, where parking costs more than sleeping, found super convenient and comfortable solution, ( in& out) unlimited and price for 4 gg 60€. ( Nice Etoile).

I booked a parking spot in Madrid through Parclick which unfortunately was not reachable that day due to some road blocks the local police had set up. I was forced to look for another parking and made a claim with Parclick for a refund because the parking lot was unreachable. I got a refund for the parking fee, but not their own adminstration expenses. Apparently somewhere in the xx pages of general conditions they claim they do not pay back their own fee under ANY circumstances. Great customer service..... Just be aware
After writing this review, parclick contacted me and refunded me their admin fee.

Gave Parclick a 1 only because zero does not seem to be possible. This is a really bad company with very poor customer service. Do not trust that the spot you booked will actually be booked. Do not be surprised if you need to pay twice for the same reservation. Do not be surprised if you cannot reach a Parclick person to speak to, and rest assured that your chats with, or email responses from Parclick will be untimely, or pre-prepared responses that either do nothing to help or are completely unrelated to what you asked. All of this is what happened to me in my first Parclick reservation; in Toledo. My first and definitely my last reservation. Do not do business with Parclick. Essentially a scam service.
Addendum: To make matters even worse, as is not surprising with companies like Parclick, they reached out to Trust Pilot ostensibly to get more details about the issues that I had, and then, after sending them my reservation number, asked me to contact them at their email address. This is the whole problem. Reaching Parclick at an email and getting pre-printed responses is unhelpful and insulting to customers who have paid money for parking and have an issue in the lot. Parclick, if it truly is a company, needs a phone number and real people that you can speak with, not bots.
Yes, I used a different email address to book the reservation from that which was used to ask my urgent question. But my name is in both emails and I signed my name on the email. I also provided the city and lot where I was having the problem. A helpful response was expected but was not received. Instead, I paid for parking twice. Parclick needs staff available by phone 24 hours a day and needs to contact customers within minutes if they are stuck getting into or out of a lot. I am not pursuing more discussion with Parclick. If they want to return my money, as they should, I will accept. If they want to keep it, perhaps they can actually hire an employee.
Addendum 2: Do not be fooled people by the responses you are seeing to my review. To sum up:
1. My review has very little to do with the double payment I made. Would I want the money back. Of course. The point of the review is to let others know never ever ever to use Parclick. Not all reviews are about compensation; my intent is to help others. And, as an aside, Parclick has received enough info through Trust Pilot (in its attempt to have a valid review removed) to repay me (if Parclick really wanted to)
2. The hours of customer service are
irrelevant and unhelpful. Parking occurs 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. A REAL person, not a bot, needs to be available at all times to assist stranded or gouged customers. Hopefully, more than one person.
3. My review and impressions have not changed. Do not use this company. Pay for parking directly with the lot if you can.

Was flying to Krakow with my 2 young children from Sevilla. I had booked the parking from 12:00 but was running late and when I called to arrange pick up when 10mins away, was told they would not accept my car for parking and to find some place else. As we still had plenty of time before our flight, I tried to reason with them and say I am happy to wait for up to 1 hour till it was possible for them to accept the car, but this request fell on deaf ears, requested a refund but was told this was not possible and they hung up on me. I called a few times and each time I was either hung up on, or the English speaking agent passed me onto his colleague who only spoke Spanish. This was extremely stressful as all other parking was full given that it was a Saturday. Feel scammed as paid for parking but had to use another company. Very poor customer service, AVOID like the plague!!!!!
PS - I can see that the reply from Parclick has been edited from the original. Please note that I did actually forward my booking details when requested on 13/09 but got no reply and that was the last time anyone from your company was in touch, not 15/09 as stated in your reply.

Warning....I booked a car park space in Barcelona. When booking, Parclick asked me the type of car I was driving which was a rental Fiat Panda.I was then allocated a car park space in barcelona. When I arrived at the car park I was informed my car(Fiat Panda) was too big for the space which Parclick allocated.I had to pay a separate fee to the car park for another space.
Why ask me for the type of car I was driving and then allocate me a space which is too small for that car.
I will not use Parclick again and I would urge potential customers to proceed with caution...and try to find an alternative...too many bad reviews for these scammers
Update...Dear Parclick.Next time I go on holidays I will be sure to bring a tape measure to measure the dimensions of my car 🙄🙄and yes, after numerous emails and chasing parclick, I have been refunded.

I booked a parking spot in Barcelona. They took payment (3 times by mistake) but when arriving at the parking the car park had no knowledge of the slot. Hence I am stuck paying top rate.
Impossible to speak directly to an agent to resolve in a straightforward way but they did reply to an email - Use at your peril.
They have assured me they will refund the payments - fingers crossed…

The main problem we had was making contact with anyone before going to the airport to advise of a change of flight time. The only way was by email via their contact centre. I had 4 emails from Myriam, none of which addressed our issue and, despite her saying "we are at your disposal from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00." she failed to provide any phone number and merely sent the same email again.
It took us a while to find it but once we arrived at the Parclick office, they had no record of the booking despite us having confirmation. However, they dealt with it very well; saw that we had paid in advance and created a booking there and then. The staff at the airport were excellent and they gave us their phone number, a bit late but, hey.
The pickup was extremely efficient and easy.
A pity about their contact centre and the lack of any contact phone number. Myriam is definitely in the wrong job.

My wife and I were traveling through Italy and wanted a no hassle parking solution for downtown Rome. At first we were nervous about leaving the keys, but when we got there it all made sense. We found the parking crew to be very friendly and professional (at both locations). We had no issues what so ever. Based on my experiences, I would highly recommend this service.

Very easy to book and pay for parking. Excellent customer service when we couldn’t access the car park because the police had closed the road!

parked at one of there sites in Paris on Saturday, no problems getting in, but returned to find that my car window had been smashed with a boulder it was huge, and valuables taken from my car, there is no number to contact them and they are not replying to my emails at all, surely there must be cctv of the incident, this car park is supposed to be secure, there customer service is shocking, I'd defined stay clear from them for future visits in any country, I'll be seeking legal advice on this immediately

I had reservered a parking place to go to the Centre of porto, Portugal online and i did pay in advance. I was happy and looking forward to a relaxed day with my wife in porto. When we got there, there was no way the parkingplace could be reached.
A policeman didn’t let me in the one way street the parking was in. There was a renovation of the area.
We went to another parking place after a Search for half an hour. After an hour walk my Wife noticed that we have been here before. We were at the parking place we booked. We went op the stairs and we looked at every Floor. There was no one around and no car parked.
The day after I informed parcklink. I want my €25 back.
They gave me a number of the garage.
They say they are not responsabel!
I don’t have to tell you what happenend....
Never book on parclick!!!
They don’t know what they sell.

The service generally works fine in my experience, but my review stems from my abhorrence of companies that use their corporate policy to unjustly enrich themselves.
I booked parking on arrival at a garage for 31 days, and only realized a bit later that I mistakenly booked the wrong garage. I promptly requested a refund from Parclick, which they denied citing that their policy requires cancellation before arrival (impossible in my situation). I countered that their policy provides the option to cancel a monthly rentals until the next day, but their policy distinguishes a 30-day rental from a monthly rental.
Parclick offered a plain denial of my request, with no offer for partial refund. They are happy to keep 200 euro for no benefit, because I clicked the wrong button on my phone. I would have been happy with a partial refund to compensate then for the processing of the reservation, even if it is all automated anyhow.
So, a foolish mistake on my part, but I wanted to warn others that this is not a decent company that looks at customer circumstances, but instead relies on its corporate policy as a convenient way to avoid dealing with legitimate customer issues.
