SCAM ALERT! Parcel2go is a Complete Fraud—Avoid at All Costs!
Parcel2go is nothing more than a sophisticated scam masquerading as a parcel delivery service. They don’t actually provide any service themselves; instead, they trick you into booking through them for other companies like Hermes, and here’s the kicker—not at a discount, not with the full service options you’d get if you went directly, and certainly not with any semblance of reliability or integrity.
Let’s start with the collection scam. They’ll happily take your money, but then—surprise!—they cancel your collection without any explanation and hold onto your cash for FIVE DAYS. You might think, “It’s only five days,” but if they pull this stunt with a million customers at an average of £20, that’s millions of pounds sitting in their accounts, earning interest while you’re left waiting. It’s daylight robbery, plain and simple.
Then there’s the delivery scam. Just when you think your parcel is on its way, they hit you with a bogus “underpayment” claim. Suddenly, your parcel is being held hostage, and they demand more money to either collect or deliver it. No extra payment? No parcel. And don’t think you’ll get your money back easily—if at all. They’ll refuse refunds outright and will cut off communication when you try to hold them accountable.
Customer service? What a joke. After waiting 30 minutes with zero updates, I finally got through to someone, only to be stonewalled, ignored, and ultimately disconnected when I mentioned reporting their fraudulent practices to Action Fraud UK. They don’t care about your complaints, your lost parcels, or your money—they only care about how much they can squeeze out of you before you realize you’ve been scammed.
Parcel2go is a complete disgrace and an insult to anyone who believes in honest business. They prey on unsuspecting customers, hide behind a wall of bureaucracy, and have the audacity to close the chat when you dare to question their shady practices. If you value your time, your money, and your sanity, avoid Parcel2go like the plague. This isn’t just bad service—it’s outright theft.

I booked a parcel collection for monday - not collected told it would be Tuesday not collected told it would be Wednesday not collected told it would be Thursday not collected. Their "chat" often takes 10 to 15 min to get an agent and today I had to speak to 3 different agents to get a refund and one pass between the agents was 30 mins, I asked to complain about their service and was told a supervisor would phone me within 2 hours - No call If I could give no stars I would.

Failed to Deliver Parcel on Time - Now a Week
Bought an item from a seller on eBay and the seller used Parcel to Go to arrange delivery via Yodal. The item is stuck in the local delivery office, as there appears to be problem but cannot even find out what is wrong. Nor can the seller as of today 17 May 2004.
Neither company is prepared to help sort out the mess or even tell me what the issue is that results in Yodal holding the parcel of a monitor speaker bar.
Utterly disgusted with customer service of both companies and the eBay seller for not keeping me informed!
Completely USELESS
Completely USELESS. Posted parcel on 19/4, finally delivered today 31/4. Tracking said took 2 days to go from Bristol depot to Bristol van (20ft). They offered £5 for next delivery (wont be using that). Do NOT use this bunch of COWBOYS, They take your money and could`nt care less. If i could give minus, i would
Charged £18 per month for Nothing!!!!
Signed up with this company, everything seemed great, I linked both of my eBay accounts with their SmartSend service, unknown to me is that they signed me up for this cashback service at the same time and started charging my Credit card £18 per month for it, this Service offers absolutely nothing in return for the money, I did not Authorise this incurring payment, yet they said I must of signed up for it myself, there is NO WAY I would sign up to any cashback scheme never mind a one that costs me £18 per month.. Not sure people are aware of this SO CALLED CASHBACK SERVICE that they are operating, thought that people should be aware of it.
A full on meltdown
I don't normally have a full on melt down but I do believe in holding companies to account for their inadequacies and incompetence. I have had the great misfortune to use Parcels2Go delivery service and their preferred courier Yodel. Both have been a complete nightmare, and here's why....
7th February I posted a valuable jacket to Gill International in Nottingham. I arranged the service through P2G and paid for £100 compensation which cost £8. 2 weeks later the item had not arrived and it never has yet.
I spoke to @Yodel who were useless and weren't interested. I went round the houses and eventually managed to contact @P2G but only via live chat. Their CS process is diabolical as is their web services. After much banter I had to supply a copy of the purchase receipt which they were reluctant to accept until I shouted at them!
Eventually they agreed to refund me item cost plus shipping but I had to wait a week from authorisation. What I actually received was £3.47 for postage only! 46 days after posting I was finally compensated for the total loss of £86.81.
So... Take my advice. If you have valuables to send (or receive), DO NOT USE PARCELS TO GO, YODEL or even EVRI (because they are no better). They are all a bunch of .......
P2G & collect + A SHAMBLES!
A service offered as an option on eBay. Collect Plus.
Bought an item and was given the option to have it delivered to a COLLECT PLUS location (The Gourmet eCP.JEHXEGLS 53 New Kings Rd, Fulham, SW6 4SE) by PARCEL2GO.
According to P2G the shopkeeper said ‘No-one here IN THE SHOP ordered that item and refused the parcel” (!) I’ve looked online and this had happened to other customers for this address.
Contact phone number for C+ is dead. P2Go as bad. Website asks that you contact seller. It seems it’s the Wild West out there… where shops claiming to accept COLLECT PLUS items can say no on a whim.
The item wasn’t large or dangerous. So I’ve no idea why they would refuse it, eBay seller is annoyed as am I. COLLECT PLUS should either provided the service they offer or remove the point from this shop. Courier must have seen it was a COLLECT+ point so why not question the refusal.
Sent a parcel with Parcels2go…
Sent a parcel with Parcels2go (P2G122190816) via Parcelforce that was dropped on its end in front of the customer on his doorstep damaging the contents. I did not take damage or loss cover but still I messaged P2Go with photos of damage caused by carelessness explaining I was not claiming for contents but to request refund of £22.56 because the parcel was delivered without due care and attention which the customer witnessed. P2Go stock reply as you opted out against taking parcel protection we cannot compensate you for the value of the parcel contents. Did not ask for refund of parcel contents just a refund for the cost of the failure of a safe delivery.
Looked in Parcel2go terms and conditions for contract of customer parcel handling responsibilities, totally absent! No problem with P2Go you did not carelessly drop the parcel the Parcelforce courier did, but contractually you are responsible.
Still peeved
Still awaiting for this company to contact me regarding my lost parcel in September, promise promises and nothing. Lost shoes I paid . Want full refund shoes plus all carriage cost
PEOPLE DO NOT USE PACEL2GO
That was the worse service I've ever experienced in my whole life. P2G delivered my parcel in pieces to its destination. I request a claim and they reply: denied because items are in the prohibit list, which includes pretty much everything. So why the driver accepted the items ?
What kind of item (material) this company carries? because everything is the prohibited list.
Parcels2go must have more technical…
Parcels2go must have more technical issues than not! Arranged for a parcel to go to Japan for Christmas via UPS, drop off was quicker, went to drop off point at 4.45 to be told driver on holiday till Monday? refused parcel, tried contacting them see if ok to drop at somewhere else, 'technical issues'. If the problem is with the drop off that needs sorting. Problem with UPS that needs sorting but definitely have problems with your communication
TRACKING TOTALLY USLESS SENT 21 EMAILS…
TRACKING TOTALLY USLESS SENT 21 EMAILS WITHOUT THE COURTESY OF AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OR REPLY AVOID AT ALL COSTS TOTALLY USELESS
Shocking
Parcels2Go
You were once a reliable company that cared about your customers. Now your “chat” system/people are rude and customer issues are meaningless, it’s more like we have had your money now goodbye.
I will be seeking an alternative provider for business & personal courier services.
Waste of time and money.
Waste of time and money.
No labels.
No collection.
Received a text notifying that the parcel was at the depo.
Nope.
Still on my desk.
