Great Service

I was not sure what to do about my parcel and did send a message via parcel right website, Scott reached out and offered to investigate. The parcel did arrive and just want to say Scott's level of customer service was exceptionally great.

Scott from DAI Post

Scott from DAI Post was exceptional. A 5 Star review isn't enough to describe Scott's customer service. Polite, knowledgeable, and best of all, extremely helpful to sort out a delivery that went wrong when I didn't know the overseas freight-forwarder didn't deliver to Australia Post. Immensely patient, responded very quickly, kept me posted the whole way as we navigated three different freight companies. Nothing was a problem. Mate, thank you. You are a Legend!

I had an excellent experience working…

I had an excellent experience working with Scott Jala during the clearance of my goods through customs. From the very beginning, their communication was clear, timely, and professional. They took the time to explain each step of the process, answered all my questions thoroughly, and ensured that everything was handled efficiently.

What stood out the most was how seamless they made what could have been a stressful process. Their attention to detail and proactive approach meant that there were no delays or surprises. I genuinely felt supported throughout the entire experience.

Amazing Customer Service

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with them, and I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding support. From start to finish, their service went far beyond my expectations.

Their team showed incredible professionalism, efficiency, and above all, a personal touch that made me feel valued as a customer.

I’d especially like to mention Scott Jala, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

It’s rare these days to find a courrier company that treats its customers with such attention. I’m truly grateful and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable parcel delivery backed by amazing customer service.

I stupidly didn’t find a parcel…

I stupidly didn’t find a parcel delivered to our home. Rang to ask where my ‘missing parcel’, might be and was fortunate to be assisted by Geraldine. A calm, professional and very kind person on the phone. At all times I was kept in the ‘loop’ and kept informed via email of the process to help me. Was I embarrassed when I found the parcel? Extremely so. I felt foolish, however the communication pre and post parcel finding was seamless. Thank you for everything Geraldine and thank you Dai/Parcel right for a very efficient process.

Dai parcel right

Scott contacted me, as I was missing info for my parcel to be cleared from customs.
Scott was able to collect the correct documents from me and pass on for my parcel be cleared
Very friendly and helpful and provided info on progress at each stage

Package stuck at airport
