Parcel was not received even though it showed that it had been delivered. Wrote in to customer support and had the pleasure of talking with Scott who ensured my case would be investigated. Parcel showed up a few weeks after. Thank you Scott!

Scott is really helpful and trying his best to get my delivery sorted. Much appreciated for his effort. I also called as well. The lady picked up the call was very nice too. Great service on dealing with customer enquiry.

I stupidly didn’t find a parcel delivered to our home. Rang to ask where my ‘missing parcel’, might be and was fortunate to be assisted by Geraldine. A calm, professional and very kind person on the phone. At all times I was kept in the ‘loop’ and kept informed via email of the process to help me. Was I embarrassed when I found the parcel? Extremely so. I felt foolish, however the communication pre and post parcel finding was seamless. Thank you for everything Geraldine and thank you Dai/Parcel right for a very efficient process.
