Too belong to arrive… I thought that 12 days was a big wait…
I thought that 12 days was a big wait for something sent from within Australia. Issue with seller rather than pick up point which was satisfactory
Had the date of 20th September circled on the envelope. Hope that was the date sent by seller & not date it arrived at Parcelpoint. If so that would mean it sat there for 7 days before I decided to go and investigate if it had arrived.

I love Parcelpoint it removes all the…
I love Parcelpoint it removes all the stress of hoping that my parcel hasn’t been stolen if it’s delivered while I’m not at home. Also, if it doesn’t turn up, which has never happened to date, it can be easily traced. For me it takes all the stress out of parcel deliveries.

Disorganised mess
My order was delivered in 2 separate parcels at 2 separate times. The issues was, I was not notified that my second parcel had arrived.I called the collection point myself to find out, it had been delivered last week.
