Do not use at Christmas if at all!!!!
You send me an email to review your company when my parcel(S) have not arrived. Tracking numbers from parcel monkey don’t correspond with dpd so you can’t find out where your parcel is at. Sad to say my children did their Christmas presents this year. It might be a miracle if they’ll get them at all, thanks DPD and parcel monkey for nothing. Merry Christmas and a Happy New year.

Stay well away
I deposited two parcels at a depot de relais in France on 26th November for delivery to UK. After four days they had not moved, the Parcel Monkey tracking said they were 'en suspens'. Since then to date (12 Dec) they have still not moved. The depot say they cannot give them back to me as they have been scanned into the system. I have asked PM to cancel the order and give me the cancellation papers so I can get them back. I have supplied all the documentation requested by PM but to date all I have is ever more facile comments like "we are investigating this issue'. More than three weeks on I am at a complete loss as to what to do next to resolve the situation and how I will recoup my my losses as it appears impossible to actually speak to anyone.
