Avoid at all costs, especially considering the lack of rides.

Secondly, the experience was very unpleasant at the park, which shows a lack of respect and consideration for people with disabilities.

Having all the necessary documents at my disposal (ID, all possible notifications, original CMI/RQTH certificate, and a photo of my CMI card on my phone), I was refused a disability bracelet. I understand that there are regulations, but when you have the ability to prove your case, there's a lack of effort (connecting directly to the website or via the government website, etc.). Indeed, I forgot my card, but despite my visible disability, people lack intelligence and discernment, and blindly apply the regulations without seeing the problem.

They have absolutely no consideration for human beings, but they will understand one day when someone they know is in the same situation and experiences this injustice.

Disney, Spirou, or even Futuroscope are more humane in this regard. I will post my comment on every possible information channel.

Brilliant

Brilliant Theme Park the operations are fantastic the staff really helpful with us for Special Needs they go out of there way. Ride Line up is pretty good the only thing is that they could do with a train around the park taking you to different areas otherwise its a lot of walking

Great park

Great park, ordered reduced price tickets online in the summer vacation period. We had a great day, almost everything is on French but it has it own charm.

Disappointed by lack of compassion and flexibility

We had planned our visit to Parc Astérix as part of a birthday trip for my partner, and I purchased the tickets as a special gift. Unfortunately, the day before our visit, she suddenly fell ill and we were unable to attend.

We reached out to the park’s customer service to ask for a partial refund or credit, explaining the situation and even providing a photo showing her unwell in bed. However, they insisted on an official medical certificate, which is impossible to obtain when you’re on holiday abroad.

It’s very disappointing that despite not using the tickets and explaining everything honestly, they showed no flexibility or understanding.

Amazing theming, fast operations, plenty of flaws too.

It’s a pretty and delightfully themed moderately sized park. And a must-visit for Astérix fans.
The rides are mostly excellent, with super fast operations, but there are some big flaws.
Some rollercoasters have single rider lines but they were always closed: the park was quite busy and having them open would’ve helped, instead I guess they prefer for people to spend a ton of money on fast passes.
Goudurix, despite looking cool, is an old and shaky rollercoaster: it needs either some heavy maintenance or to be dismantled altogether because riding it is nauseating and painful. Worst of all: unlike other rides, the ride operators force you to bring your backpacks on the ride… a ride that goes upside down multiple times above an artificial lake! I was more concerned with the safety of my belongings than with the enjoyment of the ride.
Some bathrooms could also use some maintenance and repainting.
They also definitely need a shuttle service directly from Paris city centre. It’s not that far from Paris but it took me 2h30m to get there with public transit.
Until they fix these things they can’t really compete with Disneyland.

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever, bought tickets in booking.com, had to go print somewhere else cause they didn’t accept the email, them get the printed email to exchange for tickets to be allowed to get inside the park. Staff completely unprepared to receive tourist outside France, almost anyone speaks English there. If you’re an Asterix HQs fan, maybe you’ll have a good time, if you want to visit a new park, you’ll have a bad time

Great day and night at Parc Asterix

Having done all the theme parks in the Uk, it was now time to travel a bit further afield.
The park is very clean and the rides are definitely in line with all the ones in the Uk , easy to get around. Staff were very helpful . Queues are what is to be expected 45-60 minute wait. Unless you pay extra for the queue app. We stayed in the hotel and was excellent. The service , Dinner and breakfast there was plenty of choices even for the picky eaters out there. The room was spacious and clean. Prices for food in the park are what is expected in any theme park. Traveling there was easy loads of signs. All in all a great night and a great day at Parc Astérix and will definitely be going there again.
