Great Logos, Unfortunate Hidden Fees. I talked on the phone with paramount for a while, and got some great designs back within a day. As far as the quality of service, I have no complaints.

However, although their website advertises 100% legal ownership and no hidden fees, I was almost hit with a $750 charge AFTER the logo had been finalized. The person on the phone told me that this was for their attorney, as well as for several courses. While I don't have a way to credit these course, they did say that they were mandatory from a federal level.

I don't blame them for relaying these federal fees onto the client at all, I just wish there was some more transparency BEFORE the process begins.

Also, for what its worth (and take this with a grain of salt, we all know where google gets its reviews), some alleged clients have shared of their alleged lawsuits with this company on google's review forum.

I ended up asking to discontinue the creation of the logo, keeping it under the ownership of paramount logos.

All in all, if you are establishing logos, be ready to spend WAY more than you are originally quoted (for me it was 10x).

They are a group of scammers, they went from a dozens from 1 star reviews to now a bunch of fake 5 stars? GET OUT OF HERE. Still harassing me with threats with their scams, and I will not tolerate this, and I will do my best to keep them continue to have 1star review regularly for them still contacting me.

Scam artists. The address on website is a postal center. Stopped by to pay a visit and nobody in the building knows who they are

Scammers!!!! Will threaten you via voice call and text repeatedly saying that you owe them thousands of dollars for “their” logo! STAY CLEAR OF THIS MESS!

Complete scammers. Never use them. They will harass you relentlessly and they have no entire in the USA.

SCAMMERS STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. Many more stories on reddit regarding this “company” which has no real standing whatsoever. They will continue to add on additional cost or claim you will pay thousands for using “their logo”.

This company is a scam artist they have lied at every thing they send out about filings with the Federal Government, Trademarks and after paying for the design they continue to try and get more money by threatening that you have to file all these things through them with the FTC for a $1000 or I will be sued for using the logo on the website.

Every week they have something new they are trying to scare me into paying.

I am filing a complaint for harassment today with with my state attorney general on them.

Absolute worst scammers!!! I paid for them to design a logo, 4 months later I am being texted and harassed about taking my logo down immediately cause my "rights" have expired. They wanted me to pay an additional $1,400 to keep my rights for 5 yrs or pay them $2500 for the lifetime of the Logo and wanted my permission to charge my original card they had on file. Told them no, I took down their logo and created my own yet they continue to harass me via text. Just received another 2 texts from them today. DO NOT USE PARAMONT LOGOS. Also, as a heads-up up the texts are now coming from a different company's name Vista Logos. BEWARE of these scammers.

Scammers - they will create a generic logo for you for cheap. A couple of months later they will threaten to report you for things that makes no sense!

They will lie about legal things to get money... do not fall for it!

Horrific. Complete scammers. Anyone else getting cease and desist letters for their logo about 4-5 months after completion? Has anyone actually been sued by them?

I have been threatened same as all of you .I never used the logo and yet told if I didn't pay i would be in court with up to 75,000 in infringement fines.I have cancer and no longer have the business. Ended up paying money I couldn't even afford to pay .now I know it was all a scam please stay away from paramount logos they should be shut down and I contacted BBB and they told me they are scammers.

Absolutely terrible experience. Definitely would not trust this company to create your new website.

Horrible communications, awful website work and incapable customer service made Paramount Logos a nightmare to work with.

The team I was working with for nearly two months, gave the impression of not being interested at all. They seem to want to just stick with the initial template they provided without personalizing the site to my needs in any way. Any ideas to make the site match my vision and needs was met with a single response of ‘’Noted” without actually performing any changes. And that is all after waiting a week for each individual response by email or phone on anything I asked about! Talking to someone over the phone was no fun either. Even asking for a refund is becoming an ordeal. They have a great initial meeting to wheel you in and make many promises, but once they get you to sign, it goes bad from there really fast.

I have finally given up and will look to go elsewhere. A complete waste of my time and as of now money. A Zero star review is what I would offer.

Absolutely, do not trust Paramount Logos for your web creations needs.

this company is a joke don't use them they will sell you the logo and then wont let you use it. also the logo are aweful
