Placed an order for a gaming chair on 23 february, after more than 20 days I didnt get my chair yet... when I placed the order the expected delivery time was 3 to 5 days...
On top of that, I didnt receive any updates from no one.. I had to send few forms on their website which got completely ignored and I called them about 3 times.. really bad customer service, idk how s the product, didnt get a chance to even touch it..

I’ve owned my Paracon Rogue gaming chair since 17th of May 2022 and am dissatisfied about the quality of the chair of which the issues seem to compile. Here’s what we faced:

1. Upon receiving the chair the seat was scratched.
2. The headrest cushion will not stay in place since the rope is too short and the clip cannot be tightened to fit through the holes in the chair. I had to solve this with a sowing pin, losing a lot of the aesthetics.
3. The lumbar support cushion is also too loose. Need to drag it up for every sitting session. In this case the rope is too long or the elastic thread not tight enough.
4. And most frustrating: The spring to keep the seat at a certain height already started failing after one year of use. I need to raise it back up every 15 minutes. I (M) weigh 75kg which should not be an issue according to the seat specs.

I do want to mention that the webshop provided me with a replacement cushion when I addressed this issue, free of charge. But overall I see it as a birthday present that did not meet my expectations for a nice comfortable chair.

I ordered a Paracon Glitch chair with additional rubber wheels at the very end of last year. The chair arrived fairly quickly but the wheels took a few days to arrive (not a problem, but not expected). Unfortunately the chair was completely the wrong colour. I had ordered green and expected it to be mint green from the photos. The chair I got was however bright blue. I heard this was an issue with the factory production.

While the situation was far from ideal, Martin from their customer support did solve the issue. It was a little slow, but after a week and half the refund came through with no problems.

Very good serves when 1 of my parts broke down I recived a new one, the chair has very good quality and I really recommend this brand to you.

Right now I have a brawler for 2,5 years. Lately the gaslift fell through the chassis with the wheels. Made contact with paracon but they dont want to help me in any way while it shouldnt have happend and isnt my foult because i haha always used it in a normaal way

Waited a few weeks before I'd let yous know how the chair faired out.
Delivery time was exactly how the site stated, even over the Christmas break. The box came with a few sign of damage but the packaging inside made sure nothing was damaged. Easy to assemble and took about 15 mins.
I use the chair everyday for work and apart from the lumbar cushion (that I immediately swapped out as previously had something that I was already used to) I really like the chair, the lumbar cushion im sure is fine if you break it in but was a bit firm for me. Arm rest adjustability is great as for gaming 🎮 , I use them in a completely different set up than for work.
All in all very good purchase. I also got it on sale so 200e to the door was nice. Happy customer

Ordered the Supreme Gaming Chair which after assembly just wanst the right chair for me. Emil and Martin did an exceptional job in providing customer service and I returned the chair and chose for a refund. The chair looked amazing and you could see the quality but it just wasnt for me. Would recommend anyone to buy their game chair from Paracon.

I bought this chair, everything went fine, got the package, loved the chair. But after a few months the tilting function simply doesent work, i cant angle the chair anymore, if i angle it half way down, it simple cant stay there, it just folds all the way down. So it either has to stay all the way up or all the way down, kinda ruins the chairs price.

Bought a chair, last week and still no emails, and none of my calls are awnserd. Im not the only one suffering this BS. Please, stay away from this scummy company.

I bought the Paracon Rogue gaming chair and I am really happy with it for now, the only problem I have is that the arm rests are too low even on the highest setting and it is not so comfortable when I play like that.

Terrible customer service. I have not received my order and my email request of an update on when my order will be delivered is being ignored. My 11 yr old had to go without his Birthday present and still doesn't know when he will get it. Very bad form.

This was a good shipping. We ordered a heavy gaming desk. Due to our own mistake two feets have been broken, but they were very sympatic to send us some extra feets. This desk is perfect. Stable. We have one improvement for the head pohne holder. We want that freely on the other side of the desk and also have an idea for a game computer holder, so the computer is not standing at the floor.

I ordered a new microphone during the blackfriday sale and never received a package although it did say it had been delivered and signed by me at my adres, this is ofcourse quite annoying but nonetheless I thought atleast I would be able to solve it with customerservices, after calling 4 times to a phone number that didn’t go through and emailing twice without a reply I got the feeling I was being scammed so I do not recommend ordering at paracon

This is a good chair with a very good price. They still need some improvement for the back-rest, but this is just incredible for the price

Paracon gaming chair is love. Can't wait for the next purchase.

I bought one of their chairs, the chair itself is fine.
I noticed some damage to the armrest, I called Paracon and they told me to send them a video/picture of the damage and they will take care of it.
