I am sorry to hear about your problems. We respond all weekdays within a few hours, so if you don't get a reply by then, something is wrong. I see in my system that you wrote to us right after the start of the Easter holidays, which might be the reason you haven't gotten a reply. We are not available during holidays like Easter.
It is difficult to say what the issue is with your chair. I always recommend detaching and reattaching all the cables, but please send us a direct e-mail at info@paracon.at with some pictures of the defect and your order number. Then we will get the issue fixed.
