Terrible customer service.
PARACO has told me for more than a month they cannot pick up their tank, which has been disconnected, and that they have no idea of when a truck will be available in the area. “It can be two days, two weeks, or two months”.
They would not give me an idea when they would be in the area. That is frankly Bullshit. They have schedules for monthly refills which you can opt into.
On top of this, their prices are incredibly high, which is why I was forced out of using propane.
Their score on Yelp is clearly an indication that PARACO does not give a shit about customer service.
