They are liars and thieves!!
I have order cigarettes on Jan 18 from « cigarettespas » and waited to have them 2 weeks after max!
But never received anything and then received an email from Papmall on Feb 1st:
« Hi,

We suspect this website is fraudulent, and we will refund you within 14 working days (faster than bank procedures); there is no need to take any other actions.

Thanks.« 

BUT WE ARE FEB 23 AND NEVER HAVE A REFUND!!

Now when i’m sending emails don’t have any answer!
