Second year in a row ordering from Papier. The designs are great. I also have the same issues with mobile experience as others. I originally tried to customize my Christmas cards on my tablet and was forced to switch to desktop. Severely delayed my completion of the process. My issues are primarily with the shipping. I ordered my item on December 7 (was trying to order a week earlier but had issues as described above). My cards arrived on December 30! Production only took a week but the efforts to but shipping costs resulted in my package being with UPS and not transfered to USPS for more than a week. Even worse, I contacted Papier and heard nothing. I still have no response to my follow-up. If customers are paying for shipping they should receive their item in a timely manner.
