Recommended by another agency when I moved to France, I took a chance with papernest. Never again.

They scammed me into going for Green energy for electricity and gas without giving me explanation or calculation about price differences, stating at the time it was not possible to make a calculation, clearly abusing my position of a total newbie to France. Once I opened the electricity and gas provider web app I was shocked with the projected prices for my consumption.

The agent was most helpful considering the difficulties of being overseas in Australia and arranging an unusual contract for an occasional second home.

About 10 days ago, I wrote a review about how this company sold me something I never asked for. A contract for gas and electricity that I just wanted to switch names, and because I do not speak the language pretty well, the person who helped me over the phone took advantage and also changed the provider even though I asked many times to keep the old one.
It took me a month to realize what he did cause I needed to get my first bill. Then I came here and wrote a complain about it, the website asked me to write them an e-mail, which I did, and up to now there's absolutely no answers.
I've just changed the electricity and gas company again. Now I'm paying a decent amount again, you're one customer down, I will never recommend this company to anyone. Who's winning? Such a stupid way of working!
I really hope you guys go through some sort of sanction because of all this cheating.

If I could mark lower I would. After telling us they would take care of previous apartments abandonments this was not the case 3 months later, we are still getting bills from previous apartment. All paper nest do is create new abandonments as they clearly work on a commission, we have tried to contact them many times and they are denying it is their fault.

DO NOT USE THIS "service" you can do it yourself just as quick and more effectively.
TOTAL WASTE OF TIME and clearly doesn’t save you any money as they don’t do the job correctly

Incredibly useless and disappointing.
Contacted them on the 1st of October for an electricity contract. They sent it and we signed it. We were supposed to be called again the same day for wifi and it never happened. We called back again and again, “we call you back in a couple of minutes”. Sure.
Yesterday, we discovered that our electricity contract was inexistant and NONE of them told us before.
So here we are, 20 days later, a fantom contract and a lot of time lost.

Update: when we ask for more information about other electricity providers, they always talked about the same one. After 20 minutes lost, they admitted that they don't have partnerships with the others. Would have been easier to be honest no? Oh and they were supposed to call back today at 5 "we promise". Guess who hasn't called?
