Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. We wanted to advertise on a specific website on their platform. But it turns out they can NOT deliver it. Their customer service was incredibly arrogant, they treated us as if it was our mistake. They first offered some alternatives which are basically trash websites. We still tried to make this out and asked for better alternatives but the poor customer service attitude remained. That was the point where we finally admitted that we better avoid doing business with them. We requested a refund as they can't deliver the advertising on the website we initially paid for. Unsurprisingly they started to stall off. Hopefully, we can get our money back. We will never do business with them in the future!!!
Edit: They refunded the money but still no change in their attitude.
