I have always used Paypal for little things they do a good job, but on this one occasion I used them to order a bigger item, and to say they were hopeless when I wanted to return it, as it wasn't what I wanted, which is my right, they took weeks in getting back to me, never explained anything, and kept asking daft questions, like why don't I like it, saying in other words it has to be broken before I could return it. So I am stuck with this item putting my faith in Paypal to get a refund if needed, but I was told a categorical no. I would never recommend or deal with this company again, they don't care about the predicament your in, as an elderly person on a budget this has cost me dearly. Very unsatisfied. and a 1 star is generous I wouldn't bother.
