The worst customer service on the internet. Do not buy. Where is my refund?????????????

AVOID + SCAM [should be 0 stars]

I ordered a case for £38 and £8 for shipping. I thought the pricing was unusual for a phone case but for what I thought I was getting I payed the price. A week passed nothing, another week nothing. It has now been over 4 weeks maybe even 5 and still nothing. I am unable to contact them and there was no update after the confirmation email. They attached a link to that email but the site it takes you to is ‘unable to be found’. In other words red flags that are alerting to a scam. So what else is there to say? Unable to refund, no contact, expensive, never received product and disappointment. If you can find any good in this review go ahead and order. If not then avoid and save your money. What a disaster!

I ordered 4 weeks ago. I've emailed numerous times. No response. Then they send me the wrong size case 4 weeks later. Then, they don't respond to my outreach. Save your money - don't buy from Panther cases.

My wife ordered a £24 phone case. She paid £18 for delivery. The phone case has not arrived and no communication from the seller.

They have taken our £42 and are uncontactable.

I orded 4 items. I received 1. There is "no email". On the website chat I have been answered 3 times [I message daily]. Once I was told order was coming. Once I was told they thought I was a bot. Once I was told they had received my message and would get back. Otherwise messages are unanswered. No-one has their email down for months on end. AVOID.

My order had 2 IPhone case and one IPad Case.
I got the two iPhone cases and still waiting for the IPad Case.
In my account they said they send one iPhone case together with the iPad case. I only got the iPhone case.

So I’m now writing nearly daily for the missing Case. I got the old shipping link again from the support team.
And that’s it , there is no way to get an answer for all my mails and other way I tried to contact them. I’m writing them still I get my Case I paid 60€ for!!!
