I have been with them a while and tried…

I have been with them a while and tried looking at the catalogue and put the code in that was right but kept saying it wrong so I wasn’t uploading recipes after this and then I got a phone call 5/2/24 to ask why I haven’t been active so I told them and they said if I sign in then I should be able to use it but they don’t give you much time as then 6/2/24 got email to say they have closed my account as have not been active .
