I’ve had a mixed experience with Panduro, but overall, I’m quite satisfied. They offer amazing products, and the in-store service, especially from the staff at St Nygatan, is fantastic—truly service-minded. That said, the website could be more user-friendly, and deliveries can sometimes be delayed, as my first order arrived late and even had a missing item. However, customer service was quick to fix the issue, and my next order went smoothly. Despite a few hiccups, they’re worth it for the quality and variety they offer. 4 stars!

Very disapointed.
I bought something during black week from them. It took them 4 days to send an email where they informed me they had cancelled the order. where their shipping time informed on the email confirmation said it would be here in 1-4 days. So they wait until the very last minute to do so. There were plent of the item in stock on their website when i bought it.
The item was a gift for someone, and only bought because of the sale. Because of this lack of responsetime I missed out on other offers from other websites that could had actually delivered the product to the date the product had to be given as the gift.
They gave me a cupon code as an apology. Wich was nice atleast.

The order did not make it in time
I ordered materials for the workshop with my colleagues almost two weeks in advance. But the delivery arrived 2 days late.
