I just received an order and the 3…

I just received an order and the 3 charms I ordered don't seem right to me poor quality scratched up no stamp ur typical S925 ALE on one is non existent just a mark which the girl when I ran said it's in tiny writing it's not there is what I'm saying a glass marano one all scratched up can anyone tell me if this site is legit because I have reservations nothing seems like the quality I usually get when I purchased Pandora something Is off
